You can download the files from the Dropbox folder, typically by right -clicking the file or folder and saving it to your computer. We will keep you updated with any addendums that may get issued via email. All addendums will also get put in the Dropbox folder linked above. The project bids early on Tuesday September 24. But because we, as a General Contractor, need to turn process all the bids and because DBE/MBE requires a bit more paperwork preparation for the bid, we request that your bids to us are turned in to us on Monday September 231 by 4 m or sooner. Please use attached bid form. Key notes: • Sales Tax Exempt on materials that become permanent part of structure/project. • No Prevailing Wage Requirement. • Liquidated damages of $500/day for not completing on time. Anticipated start is late October. Complete by July 2020 (awaiting confirmation of change in first addendum). The architect requests that any questions be no later than September 12th.
