We are reaching out to you to invite you to bid on a garage improvement project for <br />City of South Bend. You can download the files from the <br />Dropbox folder, typically by right -clicking the file or folder and saving it to your <br />computer. <br />We will keep you updated with any addendums that may get issued via email. All <br />addendums will also get put in the Dropbox folder linked above. <br />The project bids early on Tuesday September 24. But because we, as a General <br />Contractor, need to turn process all the bids and because DBE/MBE requires a bit more <br />paperwork preparation for the bid, we request that your bids to us are turned in to us <br />on i r L�l by 4om — or k;p; ne . Please use attached bid form. <br />Key notes: <br />Sales Tax Exempt on materials that become permanent part of <br />structure/project. <br />No Prevailing Wage Requirement. <br />Liquidated damages of $500/day for not completing on time. Anticipated start <br />is late October. Complete by July 2020 (awaiting confirmation of change in first <br />addendum). <br />The architect requests that any questions be no later than September 12th.
