Yoder Construction has sufficient labor staffing including employees on staff, <br />subcontractors and reliable external staffing agencies to meet the requirements of this project. <br />(v) All individuals who will perform work on this public work project on my behalf will be <br />properly classified as an employee or as an independent contractor under all applicable state <br />and federal laws and local ordinances. <br />(vi) R.
