or the contractor does not want to post a <br />bond, the following will occur. <br />The contractor shall meet with a Union <br />Representative from Local 395, on a <br />weekly basis. The amount of men <br />needed and the approximate manhours <br />that will be worked will be determined at <br />said meetings. Prior to an ironworker <br />going to work, a cashier's check will be <br />properly made out to Local 395 Fringe <br />Fund Disbursement Office in the amount <br />determined at said meeting to cover all <br />fringe benefits and payroll deductions <br />that could be accumulated in one (1) week. <br />That cashier's check will be delivered <br />immediately to the Fringe Fund <br />Disbursement Office, which will hold <br />the check until the end of the week or the <br />completion of the work, whichever comes <br />first. Upon receipt of an accurate reporting <br />form for actual hours worked, the check <br />will be distributed to the appropriate <br />funds. After receiving the accurate <br />reporting form with the actual hours <br />worked, if the cashier's check does not <br />cover the amount of money due the <br />Fringe Fund office, the underpayment will <br />either be included in the next week's <br />estimated manhour benefit cashier's check <br />or if the job is completed it will be due to <br />the Fringe Fund Disbursement Office <br />within three (3) days of the completion of <br />the job. <br />In the event the estimated cashier's <br />check is greater than the accurate reporting <br />form with the actual hours worked the <br />overpayment will either be deducted and <br />included on the next week's estimated <br />manhour benefit cashier's check or if the <br />job is completed a reimbursement check <br />in the amount of the overpayment will be <br />made out to the contractor and mailed <br />within in three (3) days of the completion <br />of the job. <br />(C) In the event that the contractor <br />fails to comply with these provisions the <br />35 36 <br />
