Any violation of <br />Indiana Workmen's Compensation Law, <br />the contractor Will assist in assuming <br />responsibility to actively correct <br />violation. <br />VISITING THE DOCTOR <br />Section XXXv1, Employees Injured on <br />the obi and Workixvqh <br />UN UNUIre(l, on <br />company time: without loss of time:. <br />An employee injured on the job shall <br />receive a full day's wages if sent to a <br />hospital or if sent home under doctor's <br />orders. The employer shall provide the <br />employee with transportation to the <br />hospital or local Place Of residence on <br />day of the accident, <br />71 <br />PHYSICAL OR MEDICAL <br />EXAMINATION <br />Section XXXVII. The employer shall <br />not demand a physical or medical <br />examination as requirement for <br />employment. <br />UNION REPRESENTATIVE <br />Section XXXVIU. The Union <br />Representative of the Union shall be <br />permitted to visit all jobs, but will in no <br />way interfere with the progress of the <br />work. <br />JOB STEWARD <br />Section XXXIX. There shall be a <br />Steward on each job who shall be <br />appointed at the discretion of the Union <br />Representative. He shall keep a record <br />of workers laid off and discharged and <br />take up all grievances on the job and try <br />to have same adjusted.
