If the employee returns <br />to work at 12:0 p.m., and is unable to <br />work until : 0 p.m., through no fault of <br />his own, the employer shall pay him for <br />eight (8) hours time, weather permitting <br />work. <br />(D) When an employee or employees <br />who are working in a five (5) man steel <br />raising gang are absent from work of his <br />or their own accord, this work shall <br />continue without interruption; however, <br />the employer shall replace these men as <br />quickly as possible. <br />(E) If an employee is ordered by the <br />employer or his representative to report <br />for work at 7:00 A.M., or any other <br />mutually agreed upon starting time, and <br />because of inclement weather does not <br />go to work but at the direction of the <br />employer remains on the project site <br />available for work for two hours, he <br />shall be paid for two (2) hours time. If, <br />however, the employee goes to work at <br />7:00 A.M., or any other mutually agreed <br />upon starting time, and has to stop <br />working after two (2) hours of work <br />because of inclement weather and also <br />remains on the project for four (4) hours <br />total, he shall be paid for four (4) hours <br />time. <br />(F) The day before and the day after <br />New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4 h of <br />47 48 <br />
