On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wiggins CHANGE and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Change ORDER Order No. 1 to Contract "D" with Rieth- Riley Construction R -7 Company, Inc. The Commission, on motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded REQUEST by Mr. Koczan and unanimously carried, approved a revised FOR request, for concurrence in maximum acquisition prices on CONCURRENCE the following parcelsr 1 -6, 2 -6, 2 -6A, 2 -24, 3 -13 and R -29 6 -14. A 'family that is being displaced from the Chapin Street SUBSTANDARD Indian R -29 area has moved into a substandard building RELOCATION in the Sample Street Project Indiana R--7 area, Mr, Baer IND.. R -7 recommended that the Commission notify the Building De- partment and compel the vacation of this premise since it is being put to an unlawful (residential) use. A draft of the Eligibility Survey Report is expected to LASALLE be received by the Redevelopment Department from Parkins, PARK Rogers and Associates in approximately one week. IND'. R -41 Mrs. Curtis informed the Commission that the Trustees TRUSTEES- requested a joint meeting with the Commissioners between COMMISSION January 17 and February 13. At this time copies of MEETING Trustees' recommendations will be given the Commissioners.
