III. <br />APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS FOR 1964 <br />Mr. Wilhelm suggested that the meeting be again recessed in <br />order to give Mayor —elect Lloyd M. Allen an opportunity to make <br />reconmiendations with respect to the appointment of Commissioners. <br />On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously passed, it was <br />SOLVEDt That the meeting of the trustees originally <br />h ld December 2, 1963 and recessed and continued to <br />December 16, 1963, be again recessed to December 23, <br />1S63 at 1000 o'clock A.
