II. EL CTION OF OFFICERS - Continued Mr. Kromkowski nominated Mrs. Curtis for the office of Secretary. Mr. Root seconded the nomination and the Board unanimously elected Mrs. Curtis for the office of Secretary. III. PROGRESS REPORT A summary of progress on the four projects now in the SUMMARY OF planning or execution stage was given by Mr. Sucher. PROGRESS It was decided by the Trustees that they would continue TRUSTEES to hav one representative at each Commission meeting. Mr. Sucher gave a report on the February 6, 1963 special SPECIAL meeting of the Redevelopment Trustees held for the pur- MEETING pose of exploring the possibility of providing inducement 2/6/63 for industry for the purpose of attracting them into the Sample Street Redevelopment Project Area. Ths Tr stees recommended to the Commission that all cost TRUSTEE items e analyzed and reviewed very meticulously before RECOMMEN- the ae ting of any contracts and making any expenditures. DATIONS IV. AJPOINTMENT OF COMMISSION FOR 1964 The Trustees discussed the appointment of Commissioners to serve for the year 1964. It was the consensus of opinion that they confer with the newly elected Mayor, Lloyd Allen, prior to making such appointment. Mrs. Curtis suggested that the meeting be recessed until December 16, 1963 at 2 o'clock p. m., at which time the meeting of the Trustees would reconvene for the purpose of electing the Commissioners for the year 1964.
