ELIGIBILITY SURVEY INDIANA R -41 <br />Mr. Sucher presented to the Commission two contract proposals for. <br />an eligibility study in the LaSalle Park Area Indiana R -41, the <br />work to be performed by either firm to be the same,as provided in <br />their proposals. <br />The Conmissioners were of the opinion that the difference of $50.00 <br />between the proposals should not govern the selection of the firm. <br />-,In letting out the contract, the Commission was of the opinion that <br />the selection of the Detroit firm would give them a totally dis- <br />interested and unprejudged report of the area. After full discuss - <br />ion of loth firms, the Commission decided, upon motion made by <br />Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously carried, to <br />'submit he contract proposal of Parkins, Rogers and Associates, Inc. <br />to HHFA Regional Office for their concurrence. <br />V. REQUISITION FOR ADVANCE OF FEDERAL FUNDS INDIANA R -39 <br />On motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the Requisition for Advance Pay- <br />ment - orm H -6123 in the amount of $7,180 for Indiana Project R -39 <br />-3- <br />
