That the City was entitled to <br />possessi n of each of the properties but that.the tenants had refused <br />to vacat ,,despite written notices to do so. <br />On motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Helmen and unanimously <br />passed, the attorney far the Redevelopment Department was instructed <br />to file eviction or ejectment proceedings against.the occupants of <br />the foll wing parcels in the Sample Street Redevelopment Areaz. <br />Parcels 9 -1, 12 --38, 14x-2 <br />IV.
