The problem in the past has been that there <br />has been some difference between requirements of the Govern- <br />ment and the wishes of the people living in the area which <br />prevented a program. Since the Commission indicated that it <br />wants to proceed promptly with this project, they instructed <br />'Mr.—Sucher to contact HHFA immediately with view of getting <br />approval for a plan which will be acceptable to the people <br />in thE area and the Govern -ment. The Commission stated this <br />mattex should be given high priority and hopes that no delay <br />will be incurred in receiving the approval of the Government <br />and the cooperation of the people in the area.
