III. <br />5 <br />Resolution authorizing the sale, issuance and delivery of Prelimin- <br />ary Loan Notes in the aggregate: principal..amount cf $.1,-166; 000.00, <br />the execution of Requisition Agreement #3, and the execution and <br />delivery of Project 'Temporary Loan Note #4, in connection with <br />.Project No. UR Indiana R-7 was approved by the Commission, upon <br />motio made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place. The following <br />voted in favor of the resolutions Messrs. Place, Koczan and Louis.. <br />No votes against motion, . Resolution #k65, covering this authoriza- <br />,tion is hereby attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />IV. PROGRESS REPORT <br />Mr.. Sucher reported that he has been unable to get bids IND. R -7 <br />for.the weed spraying in the Sample Street R--7 Area. It WEED <br />was suggested that he investigate the possibility of having <br />the weeds cut. <br />The Redevelopment Department has been requested by the OLIVER <br />Oliver Corporation to permit them to park cars during an CORP. <br />Open Bouse on August 27! -and 28 in the vacant area in the <br />Sample Street Project„ The Commission advised that they <br />be given permission subject to the Oliver Corporation <br />furnishing an endorsement on their insurance coverage <br />that the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />is covered for public liability and property damage, on <br />motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Place and <br />unanimously carried. <br />Mr. Sucher advised the Commissioners that there will be IND.
