(ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION FOR CHAPIN STREET RELOCATION <br />Mr. Sucher reported that he has been in touch with Mr. Robert <br />Pollit , Executive Director of the Family & Children's Center <br />regarding the possibility of contracting with the Family and <br />Children's Center to do relocation work with the Chapin Street <br />Project. The Commission suggested that Mr. Pollitt be invited <br />to att nd the next Commission meeting to discuss this possibility <br />furthe . <br />IV. PROGRESS REPORT <br />Mr. Howard Bellinger reported to the Commission his plans RESIGNA- <br />to resign from his position as Assistant Director of the TION OF <br />South 3end Redevelopment Department effective about H. BELL- <br />August 15th, 1963. The Commission stated that it wished INGER <br />to ack owledge the excellent job Mr. Bellinger has done <br />with t e South Bend Redevelopment Department. <br />-2- <br />
