VI. P OGRESS REPORT After considerable discussion, the Commission gave 1964 approval to,the 1964 City Budget as proposed, upon BUDGET motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan and REVIEW unanimously carried. The Coimuission approved the attendance of Mr. Henry URA Sucher at a meeting in Evansville, Indiana, on June MEETING 27 - 29, 1963, upon motion by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Helmen and unanimously carried. A rent adjustment was made on Parcel 12 -60, Walter Deka, RENT lowering the rent from $100 to $50 a month for the month ADJUSTMENT of May, inasmuch as commercial operations ceased as of PARCEL the fi st week in May. Fixtures and furnishings still 12 -60 remain rd on the premises. The Commission, upon motion made by Mr. Williams, second- ed by Mr. Helmen, and unanimously carried, approved HHFA Form H-692, Requisition No. 5, for Project Capital Grant Progress Payment and HHFA Form H--693 Justification of Requis tion for Project Capital Grant Progress Payment, in the amount of $199,151,for submission to the Urban Renewa .Administration_ Upon motion by:.Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Williams and unanimously carried, the Commission approved HHFA Form H -692, Requisition No. 6, for Relocation Grant Payment, in the amount of $12,049.49 for submission to the Urban Renewal Administration. The Coimnission, upon motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams and unanimously carried, approved HHFA Form H656 Requisition for Project Temporary Loan Pay- ment and Form H -6208 Certification of Cash Needs Support - ing Re uisition for Private Financing (With Federally Secure Funds), in the amount of$1,218,000 for submission to the Urban Renewal Administration.
