IV. ESOLUTION NO. 61 <br />On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Williams and unani- <br />mously carried, the Commission approved the resolution supplement- <br />ing Resolution No. 39, entitled "Resolution Authorizing Filing of <br />Feasibility Survey Application ", dated December.21, 1961. The <br />resoli4tion is herewith attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />V. PROGRESS <br />Mr. Sucher reported to the Commission that the Redevel- LAND <br />opment Department has closed its sale of industrial land DISPOSITION <br />in thE Sample Street Area to the Aerospace Company. They INDIANA R -7 <br />expect to start construction within two weeks. <br />Mr. Sucher <br />reported on the meeting with the Mayor's <br />MAYOR'S <br />Citizens' <br />Advisory Committee which was held April 16, <br />ADVISORY <br />1963. <br />At this time a subcommittee was appointed to <br />COMMITTEE <br />work v4ith <br />Messrs. H Sucher, R. Huff, J. Dickinson and <br />L. Sm <br />gor on submitting a Workable Program Recertifica- <br />tion <br />equest. The next meeting of the full committee <br />was scheduled <br />for May 7th, at 8 p.m. <br />The Commission <br />was advised that the Redevelopment Depart- <br />CENTRAL <br />ment has <br />made.a request .for the next - installment of <br />AREA <br />advance <br />funds on the Central Area Feasibility Survey, <br />FEASIBILITY <br />Indiana <br />R -39 from the Housing and Home Finance Agency. <br />SURVEY, <br />In this <br />connection, the Commission unanimously approved <br />R -39 <br />a motion made by Mr. Roczan, seconded by Mr. Place, to <br />request extension of the budget period for this survey <br />until ecember 31, 1963. <br />Mee <br />s <br />adjourned 11:20 a.m. <br />' + R <br />. s, President <br />Fre elmen, Secretary <br />
