A portion of the legal description for the Vacation of
St. Vincent Street was inadvertently left out of the Ordinance.
The provided maps for the Street and Alley Vacations areas were
all correct.
The Petitioners believe that approval of the revised Street
and Alley Vacation Ordinance will not have a detrimental effect
on the adjacent properties Located within this new Planned Unit
Development, as it will allow for the continued construction of
approximately 53 homes.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please feel
free to give me a call at 234-4003.
Sincerely,
Michael J.
