IV. <br />,GRESS REPORT <br />Mr. Sucher reported to the Commission that ,arran.gements, <br />have been made with Mr. M.''Lynch of the Interstate Demo- <br />lition Co. to store the furniture from the Relocation <br />Office, which is to be closed, in the building which he <br />uses as his headquarters,'-The records are to be kept at <br />the central office at 129'W. Colfax, <br />Since Mrs. J. Elias, Acquisition Clerk, is to-leave-our <br />employment, Mr. Sucher requested authority to replace her <br />with Mrs, Eva Kroft, on a part time basis beginning''- <br />January 23, 1963. Her employment was approved by motion <br />made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimous- <br />ly carr'ed. <br />Mrs. Curtis expressed appreciation for the cooperation <br />given tc the Fair Housing Committee by the Commission in <br />the Co ittee's efforts to welcome Dr. R. C. Weaver, <br />Administrator of the HHFA, at a dinner at the Oliver <br />Hotel,o January 10, 1963.
