The staff is doing considerable work with <br />both the Planning and Economic Consultants, - ,-including an <br />inventory of downtown space use, surveying office build- <br />ings #o determine the exact type of office space use, etc. <br />Resol tion of the City of South Bend Department of Re- <br />development Approving an Urban Renewal Plan and conditions <br />under which relocation payments will be made for Project <br />No.,-Indiana R -29 was approved by the Commission, upon <br />motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan and <br />vnaniPLOUSly carried.
