III. <br />APPOINTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION FOR 1963 <br />Upon notion made by Mrs. Curtis, seconded by Mr. Hickey and <br />unanimously carried, the Board of Trustees reappointed the <br />folio ing five members to the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission for 1963: <br />Mr. James G. Louis <br />Mr. Clyde E. Williams, Sr. <br />Mr. Freda J. Helmen <br />Mr. Frank Koczan <br />Mr:..Virgil A. Place <br />The Board of Trustees .commen.ded the Redevelopment Commission for <br />the excellent job they did during the year 1962. <br />IV. EXPIRATION OF TERMS - TRUSTEES <br />The d tes of expiration for the Redevelopment Trustees terms are <br />as fo lows: <br />Mr. <br />Thomas <br />Hickey, Sr.'- <br />Feb, <br />1963 <br />Mr. <br />Jack J. <br />Kohen -- <br />Dec. <br />1963 <br />Mrs. <br />Guy B. <br />Curtis <br />- Dec. <br />1964 <br />Mr.' <br />A. P]�OGRES <br />A summary of progress on the four projects now in the <br />planning or execution.stage was given by Mr. Sucher. <br />The Board recommended that a meeting be held with the <br />Committee of 100, Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Council, <br />Industrial Foundation the first of next year to see if <br />some ZLrrangement can be worked out whereby an inducement <br />may be offered to prospective buyers of land in the <br />Sample!
