IV. SITE IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTS Mr. Howard Bellinger advised the Commissioners that on the 5th day of July, 1962, bids were received for site improvements in the Sample Street Project Area, Indiana R -7, from Rieth -Riley Construc- tion Company, Inc. and Reed Construction Company. That the low bid was received from Rieth -Riley Construction Company, Inc. for a total covering Contract° "A 'and "C" of`$86,553.00. That funds were now available for the payment of said contract and that said contract should now be let and executed. on motion duly made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously passed, the contract for site improvements was awarded to Rieth- Riley'-d6nstruction Company_, Inc. for 86,553.00. The Commission authorized the President to sign the ontract with the Rieth -Riley Construction Company, Inc. Thereupon the Commissioners were advised that on August 2, 1962 bids for, - Contract "B "-for improvements in the Sample Street'-Project Area were opened and taken under advisement. That the lowest and best bid was submitted by Haines and Haines for $6,373.54. That fund for the payment -of said--contract were now available to the Comm ssion. _,-On `motion 'duly made by 'Mf.
