PROGRESS REPORT <br />Mr. Sucher and Mr. Baer reported to the Commission of INTERSTATE <br />a conference held with the officials of the Interstate DEMOLITION <br />Demolition Corporation involving matters in dispute CORPORATION <br />pertaining to the demolition contract for the Sample <br />Stre t Indiana R -7 Project Area. Mr. Sucher reported <br />`that steps were being taken to work out the points of <br />disa reement. <br />The ommission, upon motion made by Mr. Williams, WEED <br />seco ded by Mr. Place and unanimously carried, approved CONTROL <br />the purchase of spray material to kill the weeds in the IND. R -7 <br />Samp e Street Indiana R -7 Project Area, The spray work <br />is t be done by Mr. Frank Romeo at a cost not.to exceed <br />$85. 0. - <br />On m tion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Williams HHFA <br />and ananimously carried, the Commission approved that CONCURRENCE <br />a revised Request for Concurrence, Form H- 6144,be PARCEL 5 -6 <br />made to HHFA, Chicago, on Parcel 5 -6. <br />Mr. 3ucher reported to the Commission that we have FEASIBILITY <br />subm'tted to Hammer and Company Associates a revisiori STUDY <br />to t eir contract suggested by the HHFA. A -represp -47ta- .CONTRACT <br />tive from Hammer and Company Associates will be in.the <br />South Bend Redevelopment office next week to discuss.-the <br />contract. <br />-3- <br />
