V. <br />A supplemental submission to Chicago on the sale of Sample ADVERTIS <br />Street land has been made and we-hope to receive approval ING OF <br />in time for the legal advertising- .- date.of.July 13..x, The INDUSTRIAL- <br />Urban Renewal Administration has requested at least 60 LAND IN THE <br />days between the advertising and the bid opening date which SAMPLE ST. <br />has tentatively been set for September 20. It was suggested PROJECT <br />that the land also be advertised for sale in the National <br />Real Estate Investor. <br />We have received a letter from the regional office of the <br />Urban Renewal Administration authorizing us the amount <br />of $48,180 for the Central Area Feasibility Study. <br />Philip Hammer Co. Associates and Blair & Stein Associates <br />have already done some of the preliminary work on this <br />study. However, there has been no commitment made to <br />these firms regarding the awarding of the contract. The <br />Commission requested that revised proposals be obtained <br />from th two above firms in view of the budget changes <br />made by the Urban Renewal Administration. <br />A motion was made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place <br />to send a Request for Concurrence in Acquisition Prices, <br />form H-15144 to Chicago. The requested prices equal the <br />appraisals made at the direction of the court. The <br />commission unanimously agreed.
