III. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS — Continued On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Williams and unani- mously carried, claims for payment totaling $3,988.23 and transfer of funds amounting to $5,822.25 were endorsed by the Commission. IV. GRANT PROGRESS PAYMENT The Commission, upon motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Ilace and unanimously carried, approved HHFA Form H -692 Requisition No. 4 for Project Capital Grant Progress-Payment and EHFA Form H -692 Justification of Requisition for Project Capi al.Grant Progress Payment, in the amount of $192,894, for ,submission to the Urban Renewal Administration. V. RELOCATION GRANT PAYMENT Upon motion made by Mr.-Place, seconded by Mr. Williams and unani- mously carried, the Commission approved HHFA Form H -692 Requisition No. 5 for Relocation Grant Payment, in the amount of $9,096 for submission to the Urban Renewal Administration. VI. PROJECT TEMPORARY LOAN NOTE #p2 The Commission, upon motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously carried, approved HHFA Forms H -656 Requisition for Project Temporary Loan Payment and Form H -6208 Certification of Cash -Needs supporting Requisition for Private Fina cing (With Federally Secured Funds), in the amount of $1,500,000, for submission to the Urban Renewal Administration. VII. IPROGRESS REPORT Upon discussion, the offer to sell by The,Lincoln National Life Insurance Company of Fort Wayne, Indiana, in a letter dated May 29, 1962, was accepted by the Commission.
