PROGRESS REPORT (Continued) <br />Mr, Bielicki stated that Mr. Baer had sent out letters to DELINQUENT <br />delinquent tenants at the Sample Street Project Indiana TENANTS <br />R-•7 Area and that one had been returned. Occupant at <br />present is incarcerated. In view of this, the Commission, <br />on motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Koczan and <br />unanimously carried, approved the write* -off of delinquent <br />rent since there is no possibility of collecting it from <br />J. W. WILSON, Parcel 12 -1, in the amount of $105.98. <br />On motion made-by-Mr, Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and RENT <br />unanimously carried, the Commission approved the reduc•- REDUCTION <br />tion of rent on parcel 9•-27 from $40 to $10 for the <br />montb of April inasmuch as the building is.now being <br />used for storage purposes only. On motion made by Mr..
