IV. RESOLUTION NO. 39 Resolution authorizing filing of Feasibility Survey Application for the South Bend Central Area was approved by the Commission, upon motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unani- mously carried. V. LAND DISPOSITION PRICES - PROJ. IND. R -7. Land Disposition Committee recommended proposed reuse prices of $8000 to $11,000 per acre for industrial land, 454 to 70� per square foot for commercial use, with an alternate individual reuse price proposed also for the commercial parcels. The Commis- sion accepted this recommendation upon motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unanimously carried. VI. PROGRESS REPORT On recommendation of LPA Counsel and the Executive PARCEL Secretary, the Commission authorized the purchase of NO. Parcel No. 4 -12 for costs not to exceed $660, with 4 -12 the portion above $500 to be paid out of city funds, This procedure will be more economical than a condemna- tion suit.
