RESOLUTION NO. 39 <br />Resolution authorizing filing of Feasibility Survey Application <br />for the South Bend Central Area was approved by the Commission, <br />upon motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place and unani- <br />mously carried. <br />V. LAND DISPOSITION PRICES - PROJ. IND. R -7. <br />Land <br />Disposition Committee recommended proposed reuse prices of <br />$8000 <br />to $11,000 per acre for industrial land, 454 to 70� <br />per <br />square <br />foot for commercial use, with an alternate individual <br />reuse <br />price proposed also for the commercial parcels. The Commis- <br />sion <br />accepted this recommendation upon motion made by Mr. <br />Koczan, <br />seconded <br />by Mr. Place and unanimously carried. <br />VI. <br />PROGRESS REPORT <br />On recommendation <br />of LPA Counsel and the Executive <br />PARCEL <br />Secretary, <br />the Commission authorized the purchase of <br />NO. <br />Parcel <br />No. 4 -12 for costs not to exceed $660, with <br />4 -12 <br />the portion <br />above $500 to be paid out of city funds, <br />This <br />procedure will be more economical than a condemna- <br />tion <br />suit. <br />Proposal <br />from Linder - Kelleher Company >on.the prep,a.ration <br />LAND <br />of the <br />promotion brochure for sale of the Sample Street <br />DISPOSITION <br />Project <br />Land, Indiana R -7, amounted to $1,973 per thou- <br />BROCHURE <br />sand <br />and additional copies at $499 per thousand.
