IV. RESOLUTION NO. 37 - CHAS. W. COLE & SON ENGINEERING CONTRACT <br />The ommission,, upon.mot,ion. made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Place <br />and unanimously carried, approved a resolution authorizing the sign- <br />ing of Part "B" of the Engineering Contract for the Sample Street <br />Project Area, Indiana R -7, to cover boundary improvements provided <br />as 1 cal non -cash grants -in -aid. <br />V. REQUEST FOR HHFA CONCURRENCE <br />The commission .,,upon,;motion made-by Mr:.,Helmen,,;seconded by Mr. Place <br />and unanimously carried, approved HHFA Form H -6144 "Request for Con- <br />currence in Acquisition Prices" covering parcels 1 -1, 9 -18, 9 -27, <br />11-11. and 14 -1. <br />VI. IPROGRESS <br />Mr. Sucher reported to the Commission on a number of meet CHAPIN <br />ings which have been held with representatives of the Park STREET <br />Board, Board of Works, Common Council, Housing Authority PROJECT <br />and this Commission. Problems arising from the fact that <br />comm 'tments are needed from public agencies which are go- <br />ing o use land in the project area were discussed. <br />Mrs. Josephine Curtis reported to the Commission that <br />the number of families requiring dwellings for reloca <br />tion stands at 30.
