This is EXHIBIT A, consisting of 8 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated , <br />Engineer's Services <br />Article 1 of the Agreement is supplemented to include the following agreement of the parties. <br />Engineer shall provide Basic and Additional Services, as set forth below. <br />PART 1— BASIC SERVICES <br />A1.01 Base flan I evelo Anent: <br />A. JPR will prepare a base plan utilizing the existing topographic survey and AutoCAD drawing that <br />was prepared for the Cross Streets project. <br />B. Since topographic survey data was not collected east of the existing fountain, JPR will use <br />available GIS information for the eastern portion of the plaza and park area. <br />C. The base plan will be used for the development of the Plaza Master Plan. <br />A1.02 Master Plan Develo Anent: <br />A. JPR will facilitate a project kick-off meeting to discuss the desired outcomes of the project, project <br />schedule, and what plaza/public space element to incorporate into the plans. <br />B. JPR shall prepare a conceptual site plan based upon information gathered in a kickoff meeting with <br />the City. JPR will complete up to (1) revision based upon owner feedback defining the general <br />concept of the design and development. JPR will color render the final Master Plan. The overall <br />scope of the site improvements to be included in this portion of the services would include: <br />1. Vehicular drop-off and emergency vehicular circulation; <br />2. Pedestrian paths and circulation; <br />3. Plaza spaces; <br />4. Reimagined fountain design; <br />5. General pavement types and anticipated thicknesses <br />6. General location of landscape areas. Specific types of landscaping and quantities will not be <br />identified at this stage. <br />7. Preliminary site lighting layout to identify approximate number of light fixtures <br />C. JPR will prepare a preliminary cost estimate for funding purposes. <br />D. JPR will prepare plan view and perspective graphics for public engagement and fundraising <br />purposes. <br />E. JPR has allocated time for three (3) meetings which we anticipate would include a kick off <br />meeting, initial conceptual site plan presentation, and a Final Master Plan presentation. <br />PART 2 — ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A2.01 Additional Services Requiring Owner's Written Authorization <br />A.
