Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBE/WBEs of contracting and subcontracting opportunities. 2. Advertise in general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning subcontracting opportunities, and allow MBEM/BEs reasonable time to respond. 3. Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice in a manner reasonably calculated to inform MBE/WBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for them to participate effectively. 4.
