Attend all pre -bid meetings scheduled by the City to inform MBE/WBEs of contracting and <br />subcontracting opportunities. <br />2. Advertise in general circulation and/or trade association publications concerning <br />subcontracting opportunities, and allow MBEM/BEs reasonable time to respond. <br />3. Perform any and all necessary steps to provide written notice in a manner reasonably <br />calculated to inform MBE/WBEs of subcontracting opportunities and allowed sufficient time for <br />them to participate effectively. <br />4.
