QUARTERL <br />The Commission reviewed the prepared-HHFA-Forms, H -6000 Physical <br />Progress Quarterly Report, H -690 Quarterly Report For Financial <br />and Budget-Review,- H-- 6203,Quarterly Property Management Report, and <br />the Balance Sheet for the quarter ended September 30, 1961, covering <br />Sample Street Project Indiana R -7. On motion made by Mr. Place, <br />seconded by Mr. Williams, and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />authorized the required signatures and submission of these reports <br />to the Housing and Home Finance Agency, Chicago,-Illinois. <br />V. REQUEST FOR RELOCATION GRANT PAYMENT <br />The Commission reviewed Forms H -692 Requisition No. 4 for Relocation <br />Grant Payment in the sum of $6,406.67 and H -6205 Request for Consent <br />to T ansfer Funds.
