Upon <br />unan <br />Asso <br />can <br />trat <br />Victor Gruen Associates <br />Beverly Hills, California <br />lotion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Sargent and <br />aously carried, the Commission decided to employ Blair <br />_ates under the condition that a satisfactory contract <br />worked out with them and that the Urban Renewal Adminis- <br />)n would approve their proposed study program and fees. <br />The staffs were instructed to set up a meeting between one of <br />the principals of the Blair firm and members of both commissions <br />for Friday afternoon in the Council Chambers, if this is conven- <br />ient for Mr. Blair or Mr. Stein of Blair Associates. <br />Discussion then proceeded to the Economic Study which should be <br />done concurrently or as part of the Feasibility Study.
