Services <br />Payroll - June 1 to June 15 <br />C :t •t <br />4,971-.3.3 <br />$136,504.17 <br />On m tion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Louis, and unanimously <br />carr ed, the claims for payment and transfer totaling $136,504.17 <br />were endorsed by the Commission. <br />IV. IPROG <br />Mr. Belmen made a motion that the firm of M. 0. Wolfe and Certified <br />Company, Certified Public Accountants, be employed to Public <br />assist the Redevelopment Department Bookkeeper on the Accountant <br />basis that their cost will not exceed the budgetary amount <br />of $ 500 to cover the work done up to and including the <br />second _.quarter closing. Additional expenditures would <br />have to be authorized by the URA and no expenditures are <br />to be made in excess of the amount available in the budget. <br />Moti n seconded by Mr. Place, and unanimously carried. <br />Inasmuch as the workload does not warrant the employing of ASguisi- <br />a Real Estate Negotiator at the present time, it was the tion <br />decision of the Commission to dispense with Mr. C. C. Negotiator <br />Fry's services as of July 31, 1961, with the understand- <br />ing hat if the workload increases, he can be rehired. <br />The Commission, upon motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded Budget <br />by Mr. Place, and unanimously carried, approved Project Revision <br />Expenditures Revised Budget Report, Form H -6220, for <br />submission to HHFA Regional Office, Chicago, Illinois. <br />The ommission_ approved the submission to-URA of the _ Appraisers - <br />follcwing realtors to make the ;first and second appraisals. Chapin St. <br />of the properties within the Chapin Street Project Area: Project <br />Peter F. Gillis, Alex S. Langel, Wm. R. Morris, Eugene <br />Paj a owski , Russell Oberlin, Richard" Hodson >, and. .R. C.
