IV. REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CAPITAL FUND - TRANSFER On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams, and unanimous- ; ly carried, the Commission approved the recalling of Investment of $100, 00, or part thereof, from Redevelopment District Capital Fund to be used in Project Expenditures Account. V. 1962 BUDGET ESTIMATE On mo ion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Louis, and unanimously carri d, the Commission approved the proposed City budget estimate amoun ing to $236,550 of which $137,500 is for the BOND FUND. VI. 1ESOLUTION NO. 31 Upon notion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the Com- mission approved the Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment commission approving the undertaking of surveys and plans for the Chapir Street Redevelopment Project under the Three - Fourths Capital Grant Formula. Resolution No. 31 is hereby attached and made a part f these minutes. VII.
