Baer, Attorney <br />I. <br />On motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams, and unani- <br />mously carried, the minutes of March 2, 1961 meeting were approved <br />as rea and the following business was discussed: <br />II APPROVAL OF OPTIONS <br />The Commissioners reviewed the Option Agreements signed by property <br />owners in the Sample Street Project Area - Project No. Indiana R -7. <br />Upon m tion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Helmen and unani- <br />mously carried, the Commissioners approved the following thirteen <br />Option Agreements on Parcel Numbers: 15- 4,`10- 9,.2 -32, 6 -4; 3­8'.8-6, <br />10 -16 4- 15,:12 =28, 12 �16, 16 -1, 12 -35, 7 -2. <br />III. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />On motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Helmen, and unani- <br />mously carried, the following claims for payment totaling $88,053.17 <br />were endorsed by the Commission: <br />-1- <br />
