A bill ias been introduced which would amend the Indiana Planning <br />Statute. Senate Bill 39 would, in effect, revoke the Subdivi- <br />sion Regulation power of planning commissionsz This would make <br />it diff' cult for cities engaged in Urban Renewal to meet the <br />federal "Workable Program" requirements. Senate Bill 39 has <br />been pa sed by the Senate and is presently in the House.
