I have also included a copy of this letter with the <br />Petition as Exhibit E. Additionally, I have enclosed stamped and addressed envelopes for each of the <br />property owners within 300 feet of the subject site. Further, per your instructions, I have only submitted <br />eight copies of the preliminary site plans rather than the seventeen (17) specified in the rezoning <br />petition. Should you need additional copies, I would be pleased to provide the same to you. Further, per <br />your instructions, I have not enclosed a location map for the property. If you do need a location map, <br />I would be pleased to provide the same to you. Finally, as required in the filing instructions, I have <br />enclosed a check made payable to the Area Plan Commission in the amount of $50.00 and a check made <br />payable to the City of South Bend in the amount of $100.00 for the requisite petition fees. <br />18 <br />
