The Commissioners reviewed the prepared Form H -649, "Request <br />or Wage Determination ", for submission to the Housing and Home <br />_._ 'Finance Agency. On motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by <br />Mr. Place and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized the <br />ignature of the President and approved the request. <br />VI. �NVIESYRMENYS <br />r. Helmen informed the Commission of the $500, 000 invested in <br />S. Treasury Bills (90 -day Notes). <br />Iollowing a discussion and report received from Mr. Sucher regard - <br />Zg the reappropriation of bond funds by Common Council in 1961 and <br />ze immediate need for encumbered funds for acquisitions and current <br />xpenses, the Commission authorized the reinvestments in U. S.
