COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT JULY 23, 2012 <br />3:55 P.M. <br />Committee Members Present: Henry Davis, Karen White, Gavin Ferlic, Dr. Fred Ferlic <br />Citizen Members Present: Zach Raymond <br />Other Council Member's Present: Tim Scott; Valerie Schey, Dr. David Varner, <br />Oliver Davis, Derek Dieter <br />Other's Present: Paul Phair, Mike Schmuhl, Mayor Buttigieg, Kevin Allen, Kathy <br />Cekanski- Farrand, Gary Gilot, Mark Lyons, Mark Neal, Christa Nayder <br />Agenda: Bill No. 12 -62 <br />Committee Chair Henry Davis opened the hearing by recognizing Paul Phair from <br />Holladay Corp. who initiated the abatement petition. Mr. Phair requested the Council <br />delay the hearing until the next meeting. <br />Councilmember Gavin Ferlic motioned to continue Bill No. 12 -62 until the Council <br />meeting on August 13th.
