#.rf fit. <br />v t er�cr <br />ry� Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2012 <br />The August 8, 2012 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called to order <br />by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 4:33 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, <br />Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Dieter, and White, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Interim City <br />Attorney Aladean DeRose, Chief of Staff Mike Schmuhl, Deputy "Chief of Staff Katherine <br />Roos, E. Spencer Walton and Chris Lerner of the May Oberfell Lorber law firm and Council <br />Attorney Kathleen Cekanski- Farrand. <br />The Executive Session was called pursuant to the August 6, 2012, Notice of Executive Session <br />for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to pending litigation or litigation which has <br />been threatened in writing, pursuant to Indiana Code § 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(2)(B) (copy attached) <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the June 21, 2012 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Council President Dieter adjou ed the Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. <br />Respectfully ubmitte <br />Derek D.
