Helmen, President. <br />iissioners present and answering to roll call: <br />Mr. Fred J. Helmen, President <br />Mr. James G. Louis, Secretary <br />Mr. Frank G. Koczan <br />Absent: <br />Mr. Clyde E. Williams, Sr., Vice President <br />Mr. Virgil A. Place <br />The I resident declared a quorum present. <br />Also I <br />)resent: <br />Mrs. Guy P. Curtis, Trustee <br />Mr. Henry Sucher, Executive Director <br />Mr. James Neidigh, Assistant Director <br />I. A "1DI'I$2GTAIL, 01F MIINIlT YIESi <br />On m tion made by Mr. Louis, seconded by Mr. Koczan and unanimously <br />carried, the minutes of the meeting of May 5, 1960 were approved as read, <br />and the following business was discussed: <br />II. It1 9 611 MWIM G1E'F <br />The Commissioners reviewed and discussed the budget proposals for each <br />accouat of the 1961 appropriations. On motion made by Mr. Koczan, sec- <br />onded by Mr. Louis, and unanimously carried, the Commission approved <br />the 1961 Budget proposal totaling $102,900, About half of this amount is ex- <br />pecte4 to be derived from federal sources. <br />
