Bielicki to the Commissioners as <br />an applicant for the position of Relocation Supervisor. After Mr. Sucher <br />read the brief resume submitted by Mr. Bielicki, the Commissioners <br />received satisfactory answers to their inquiries made to the applicant. <br />Following the interview, the applicant was excused from the meeting and <br />the Commissioners held a discussion concerning the qualifications, back- <br />ground, and experience of the applicant. The Commissioners agreed that <br />the educational background and the experience with his present employer, <br />the Chicago Land Clearance Commission, met all the desired qualifica - <br />tio s for the position. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unani- <br />mously carried, the Commission approved hiring Mr. Bielicki on a pro- <br />bationary basis at the maximum annual and budgeted salary of $8000. Upon <br />the formal acceptance of the applicant as a new addition to the staff of the <br />;C mission, July 12 was the date found to be mutually agreeable for <br />Z Bielicki to commence employment. <br />G( IRIESiSi XZPOIRT <br />Mr Sucher reported that no completely satisfactory quarters Relocation <br />in tie Sample Street area for the Relocation Field Office had Field Office <br />been found. Mr. Sucher will continue to search for more <br />satisfactory quarters. <br />Mr <br />Mr. <br />age <br />Helmen suggested that Mr. Sucher prepare a recapitula- Acquisition <br />of the recommended acquisition prices in the Sample <br />et project area for submission at the next regular meeting. <br />Sucher agreed to make the preparation, based on the aver - <br />of the three appraisals. <br />- 2 - <br />
