After con- <br />sideration of said petition, on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously <br />carried, the petition was approved and found to comply with the provisions ! <br />of Sec 64 -313, Burns Statutes 1951 and said petition was received and - <br />place on file. <br />iV . As <br />After further consideration and discussion and on motion duly made, sec - <br />onded and unanimously carried, the Commission adopted Resolution No. 18 <br />which had been previously prepared by bond counsel at the request of the <br />Commission, which resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Mr. Frederick K. Baer, attorney for the Commission, stated that it would <br />be necessary to hold a hearing on the additional appropriation of the pro- <br />ceeds of the bonds not less than ten days after the first publication and <br />posting of the notice of such hearing.
