III. <br />Mr, Sucher reported the Schedule of Indemnities and Premiums for <br />Accident Coverage of the Travel Insurance Policy by the St. Paul Fire <br />and urine Insurance Company. The Commissioners and Mayor <br />Bruganer discussed the need and monies available for travel insurance.. <br />On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously <br />carried the Commission, decided that individuals traveling on business <br />of the Commission should be insured for the principal sum of $25, 000. <br />The Commission decided that two members of the Commission and two <br />staff members should attend the NAHRO Conference on October 2 -5 <br />being held in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Louis, Mr. Place and Mr. Sucher <br />will fly to Detroit, and Mr. Bielicki will drive. <br />V. <br />The eed for clerical help for acquisition was discussed, and it was <br />agre d that part time help should be hired, if funds are available. <br />VI. <br />Mayor Bruggner reported that arrangements have been made for the <br />trip to Chicago on September 28 to sign the bonds. Mayor Bruggner, <br />the newly appointed City Controller, Mr. Edwin L. Davies, Mr. Sucher <br />and Mr. Baer must be present for the transaction.
