I. QU VERLY IREPOMIrs <br />For the quarter ending September 30, 1960, the Commission reviewed the <br />two quarterly reports for the Project Execution Stage and the Balance Sheet <br />for submission to the Housing and Home Finance Agency. <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the Commis- <br />sion endorsed the Quarterly Report For Financial and Budget Review (H -690) , <br />and approved submission of the Physical Progress Quarterly Retort (H -6000) <br />and the Balance Sheet. <br />VII. !Bl GIRESS MEPOKU <br />Mr. Koczan, Chairman of the Demolition Committee, reported that a meeting <br />oft the Committee members was held on October 13, 1960. The demolition <br />work for 330 main buildings and approximately 200 out buildings will be pub- <br />licly advertised for bids. The Demolition Contract Specifications are now in <br />the process of being typed in a rough draft form for review and consideration <br />of a Committee at their next meeting. Fry, Negotiator, reported briefly on the progress of the negotia- <br />for acquisition of property in the Sample Street Project Area. The Commission adopted <br />a resolution on 10 -1 -59 which allows 8� a mile. The Commission recon- <br />firmed the allowance rate and the travel expenses which are to be paid on <br />actual expenditures.
