Mr. Sucher has incorpora- <br />ed all of the various suggestions of the members The <br />:ommissioners held an open discussion with Mr. Spoonhour , <br />ite Representative of HHFA, and Mr. Sucher regarding the <br />quests for bids on a single contract or for bids on contracts <br />X sectioned areas. Mr. Dennis Dowdell, Executive Director <br />the Urban League, has invited the Commissioners to <br />end this meeting. <br />:ording to Statute, the annual meeting of the Board of Trustees <br />stees will be called for the first Monday in December.
