A motion to this effect <br />was made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Louis and unanimously carried. <br />This procedure will be followed as long as no demolition contract is in <br />IX. <br />The ommission delegated the responsibility of signing Rental Leases to <br />Mr. ucher, providing there is no change in the rental amount.
