RESOLI (No. 8) OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF PAY LOPMENT APPROVING CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RELOCATION NTS WILL BE MADE FOR PROJECT NO. IND. R -7 WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to Section 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf of the Housing and Home Finance Administrator require that the conditions under hich the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments and, if fixed Relocation Payments are proposed, the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedulle be .officially approved by the governing body of the Local Public Agency WHEREAS, there was presented to this meeting of the Governing Body for its consideration and approval a set of conditions under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments, which set of conditions is set forth in the Relocation Plan, and a Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule dated March 3, 1960, and WHEREAS, the conditions under which the Local Public Agency will m e Relocation Payments and the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule was re iewed and considered at said meeting; and WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to Section 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf of the Housing and Horne Finance Administrator make provision for the designa- tion by the governing body of the Local Public Agency of an officer of the Local Public Agency who shall approve claims for Relocation Payments: as fo NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body, s: 1. That the conditions under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments be and it is hereby in all respects approved. 2. That the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule be and it is hereby in all respects approved. 3. That the Executive Director be and he is hereby designated to approve all claims for Relocation Payments.
