RESOLUTION <br />No. 1 <br />Adopted: December 17, 1959 <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, desiring to <br />facilitate acquisition of properties in the Sample Street Project <br />:A,rea,resolves as follows: <br />1. That all owners of acquired property be permitted to remain <br />in their dwellings, rent free, for a period not to exceed thirty days. <br />2.
