R -7 WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to �ecti.on 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf 1 the Housing and Home Finance Administrator require that the condi- ions -under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments nd, if fixed Relocation Payments are proposed, the Fixed Relocation 'ayments Schedule be officially approved by the governing body of the .ocai Public Agency. .WHEREAS, there was presented to this meeting of the Govern - ig Body for its consideration and approval a set of conditions under hich the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments, which set E conditions is set forth in the Relocation Plan, and a Fixed Relocation ayments Schedule dated December 17, 1959, and WHEREAS, the conditions under which the Local Public Agency 1 make Relocation Payments and the Fixed Relocation Payments Sche- e was reviewed and considered at said meeting; and WHEREAS, the rules and regulations prescribed pursuant to ction 106 (f) of Title I by the Urban Renewal Commissioner on behalf the Housing and Home Finance Administrator make provision for the signation by the governing body of the Local Public Agency of an officer the Local Public Agency who shall approve claims for Relocation Pay- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body, follows: 1. That the conditions under which the Local Public Agency will make Relocation Payments be and it is hereby in all respects approved. 2. That the Fixed Relocation Payments Schedule be and it is hereby in all respects approved. 3. That the Executive Director be and he is hereby designated to approve all claims for Relocation Payments.
