Chairman should appoint outside members to his <br />Committee. It was thought that a total of five should perhaps serve on each <br />committee However, the proposed members which the chairmen select should <br />first be cleared through the Board of Commissioners. <br />It was then suggested that the Commission members bring along their lists of <br />prospectiv members to the next regular meeting (August b) for discussion and <br />approval. <br />- 3 - <br />
